TrickJump server problem

I have a problem:
Yesterday iconnect to trickjump server with Zylet and we were jumping on few maps.
He gave me something to put in consol but i don't remamber what :/ When i type it my jumps was longer and i could do gamma jump
Can some1 tell me what should i type to the consol to have this longer jumps??

grot thats not rlly true

1. put your FPS to a magic number (43, 76, 125) (makes you jump a little further due to some nummerical error in quake 3)
2. \pmove_fixed 1 (makes you jump a little further, dont use this in mash em up servers, will make you an easyer target)
3. b_drawspeed 4 (doesnt make you jump further, but you can see your speed, which helps determing when you do it right)
