If you have a downloading program like eMule or Ares or some torrent then you can download it from there i guess.

70 isnt as bad as 100-127 which my CPU is doing from time to time.
and yes, i am getting a new casing CPU cooler and im thinking about some extra fans

My PC switches itself off if the CPU temperature goes over 90 degrees celsius.

It's usually around 75 or so Neutral
