Locked myself out

I'm not sure what I've done, but seem to have locked myself out the forum. I was mooching around earlier and left a couple of posts, try logging in later and I can't get log in. I've tried all the passwords I ever use, I clicked on forgotten password and entered all my email addresses and none of them worked. A bit of help on this would be gratefully accepted....

Reminds me of getting locked in a park a couple of weeks ago. That was embarrassing, having to get on the radio to the control room asking them to get the council to come back and let me out! That'll teach me to wear my hi viz jacket at night in future!!
