low.cfg

Here is my "low.cfg". I lost it once and i don't want that to happen again. So i'm posting it here. It has settings in it that make my graphics settings really low. And my FPS go really high. All the way to 76. It's really helpful if you don't have a million dollar PC with all the bells and whistles.

How to change this to be able to use it on a 1680X1050 resolution?

i think it's /r_mode 7 or /r_mode 8

Just delete the "seta r_mode" line from the cfg and set it manually from the game menu.

I forgot to mention that this CFG is made for MY PC. It may change the graphics "too low" for your liking. Use it only when you know what you're doing.

I suggest you save your old settings before messing about with cfg files.

if you want to change your screen resolution to 1680x1050 you cant change this with r_mode 7 or 8.
You have to modify it in your autoexec.cfg or screen.cfg or whatever

Example:

seta r_fullscreen "1"
seta r_mode "-1"

seta r_customwidth "1680"
seta r_customheight "1050"
