Lost stats

I address this post to Granny, or any other admin who can do the following.

Hey Gran i need you to do me a favour if you can. My friend (Scarabazza) recently re-formatted his laptop, but forgot to backup his nq and etmain (including etkey) folder! Is it possible if you can restore all his stats so that next time he plays again he'll have everything? Dont you have a database where all stats are stored? If you can it will be a great help!

No mate there is no database, every now and then I create a backup.

However, if he has reformatted and has a new guid then as far as I know it can't be done.

But if you backed up his stats, cant you put them back on the serfer so to speak? I thought you did that before.

If he is using the same key, but you said he reformatted without saving the key.

Nothing I can do if that's the case.
