Very High Ping Empty Very High Ping

Well, I came online today when no one was online,but i saw i lagged like hell so i looked what my ping was by pushing the Tab. my ping was between 400 and 450 , i checked my, maxpackets and rate but everything is ok, so does someone know a solution for this weird ping.

I did that twice but didnt worked, but now its normal again luckiliy Very Happy . Was on a party Very Happy. But its still odd.
